Submit the docs you already have. Get paid up to $100 each.
Mercor is paying US and Canadian residents for real, everyday documents — notes, spreadsheets, slides, to-do lists, Maps timelines — to train AI models. Each file pays $80–$100, one-off. A single portfolio covering all the types pays $500–$1,000. If you’re outside the US or Canada, this one isn’t for you.

Each role pays $80–$100 per qualifying file. You can apply to as many as you like — your CV and work authorisation are only uploaded once.
Apple Notes Power Users
$80–$100 one-offExports from your notes app — Apple Notes, Notion, Evernote, Bear, or similar. They want variety: personal reflections, professional notes, lists, brainstorms, meeting recaps. The broader the content, the stronger the submission.
Apply →Google Docs Power Users
$100 one-offGoogle Docs you actually use — meeting notes, travel itineraries, CVs, cover letters, project reports, tax prep, appeals, household admin. Empty or placeholder files won’t qualify. Meaningful content only.
Apply →Word Docs Power Users
$80–$100 one-offMicrosoft Word files from work or home — CVs, letters, reports, meeting notes, itineraries. Multi-page documents with headings, tables and bullet points count for more.
Apply →Excel Sheets Power Users
$80–$100 one-offExcel files with real structure — budgets, trackers, financial models, calculations. Files with formulas, pivot tables or multiple sheets are worth more than flat data dumps.
Apply →Google Sheets Power Users
$80–$100 one-offSpreadsheets you actually use — budgets, project trackers, calculations, schedules, data analysis. The best submissions have multiple tabs, real formulas and populated data. Anonymise personal details.
Apply →PowerPoint Files Power Users
$80–$100 one-offDecks from work, school, or personal projects. They want real, finished presentations — more slides and substantive content score better than a three-slide template.
Apply →Google Slides Power Users
$80–$100 one-offSlides you’ve built for any purpose — class projects, pitch decks, team updates, training materials, event recaps. A mix of text, visuals and speaker notes is ideal.
Apply →Google Forms Power Users
$80–$100 one-offGoogle Forms you’ve created or can access — surveys, quizzes, event sign-ups, questionnaires. Forms with a mix of question types (multiple choice, short answer, dropdowns) are worth more.
Apply →Google Maps Power Users
$80–$100 one-offYour Google Maps location history or timeline — frequently visited places, commute patterns, trip records. Export via Google Takeout, then redact before uploading.
Apply →To-Do Lists Power Users
$80–$100 one-offTask lists or exports from Todoist, Apple Reminders, Notion and similar. Lists with priorities, due dates, categories or completion status carry more weight than raw bullet dumps.

The same four steps apply to every role.
Click through and apply
Create a Mercor profile (or sign in), upload your CV, confirm work authorisation. These steps are reused across every role — you only do them once.
Redact your files
Take out personal and sensitive details yourself — names, addresses, account numbers, client info, medical details — before you upload anything.
Upload real content
Files must be human-written and timestamped. No AI-generated content, no near-empty files. Variety and real use help you qualify.
Get paid weekly
If your files qualify, Mercor pays weekly via Stripe or Wise. If your submission doesn’t move forward, they delete all copies.

Frequently asked questions
What are my files actually being used for?
Mercor partners with AI labs to train frontier models. Real, varied everyday documents help those models understand how people actually structure notes, spreadsheets, plans and lists. Mercor states samples are used for evaluation only and deleted if your submission doesn’t move forward.
Can I apply from the UK, EU, Australia or elsewhere?
No — these specific roles are restricted to US and Canadian residents, and Mercor can’t support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates. If you’re a UK-based clinician, see the main Applied Clinical Judgement site for healthcare AI roles open to UK and global candidates.
Do I have to remove sensitive information myself?
Yes. The listings are explicit: you redact your own personal or confidential details before submitting. That includes names, addresses, account numbers, medical info and anything tied to an employer, client or institution.
Can I submit AI-generated content?
No. Content must be human-written and timestamped. Near-empty files, placeholder templates and AI-generated text won’t pass evaluation.
Is it worth the effort for $80–$100?
Depends on the file. A deck, a budget spreadsheet or a notes export you already have can take very little time to redact and upload. If you’ve got material covering several categories, the Full Bundle role at $500–$1,000 is the more efficient option.
